The Jazz J-99 Pic® 4 wheel frame set is suitable for skate sizes 6.5 and over. The 4 wheel frame provides enhanced stability and is suitable for jumps, doubles and more, spins and footwork dance sequences. The frame has a double rocker suitable for the longer boot. (Set includes 2 frames, Jazz 1 wheels, P-14 pics, ABEC 11 ceramic bearings, mounting kit and instructions.)
